Sample Job Scripts

Sample submission scripts can be found in ARCHIE-WeSt folder

/opt/software/job-scripts

and at the documentation page http://docs.hpc.strath.ac.uk/user-guide/example_scripts/

Users can simply copy the sample scripts to the working directory and then modify by giving correct config (input) and output file names together with appropriate project account and running time.

Users which are running their calculation parallel should bear in mind that there are 40 cores on a standard node and by default all users are able to use 1 node only. In order to have access to multiple nodes users should demonstrate scalability of the software. More details will be given after contacting support@archie-west.ac.uk. To have access to bigmem nodes users need to demonstrate their RAM need and contact support@archie-west.ac.uk.
