Potential output of the project:

Publications in leading peer-reviewed multidisciplinary, biochemistry and computational chemistry journals.
The project builds upon earlier work carried out in collaboration with scientists at Chr. Hansen A/S, which is the company that markets both bovine and camel chymosin. It is anticipated that the results obtained using ARCHIE will be used as the basis for joint funding applications.
