Windows-HPC Registration

Please complete the form below if you are interested in using Windows-HPC.
Please note, that at the moment, we are testing the service and there are only a few  software applications available (Ansys/Fluent/CFX, StarCCM+ Matlab). To use Windows-HPC you must already be an ARCHIE-WeSt user.
The Windows-HPC cluster was formerly HPC1 (Engineering Faculty & Institute of Complex Systems cluster) and the nodes have the following specification:

• 8 cores per node (2x Intel Xeon X5570 2.93GHz CPU’s)
• 12 GB RAM per node (1.5 GB RAM per core)
• Gigabit ethernet interconnect (i.e. no Infiniband)

In total, there are 800 cores available (100 nodes) along with 28TB of storage.
