New Project Application ARCHIE-WeSt Project Application Form for Academic Users Access to ARCHIE-WeSt is granted on a project by project basis, rather than to individual users. A “project” is a block of work to be conducted on ARCHIE-WeSt, which may or may not be commensurate with a research council funded project. The form below should be completed by the Principal Investigator (PI) describing a project for which access is required. The PI should provide details of all users involved in the project who require an ARCHIE-WeSt account. The PI must be a member of staff at a UK academic institution. Members of Partner Institutions will be given priority access with respect to members of other UK institutions. Access by members of non-partner academic institutions will be charged at our standard rate. High priority access (Service-Level-1, SL1) is the main access route. Standard priority access (Service-Level-2, SL2) can be used ONLY if the funds to cover SL1 access are not accessible. SL2 access cannot be used for any KE or consultancy projects.
